cancellation policy – Your reservation is very important to each team member of Pure Aveda Salonspa; it is reserved especially for you. We understand life can be unpredictable and schedule adjustments may be necessary, therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellations. Missed appointments without 24 hours’ notice will be charged a rescheduling fee of 50% of the service(s) booked for same day cancellations and 100% of the service(s) booked for no-show appointments. For select appointments we reserve the right to require a credit card to secure the reservation.

The cancellation policy allows the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team member’s schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. The policies are presented and provided to offer legendary guest services for our established and future guests.

grace & exceptions - We understand the accidents happen, people get sick, emergencies occur and we will handle these rare occasions with grace. We keep a record of these occurrences to prevent abuse of the policy. Our intention is to be preventative in order to accommodate both our team members and guests.

children in salon - Our salon is not child proof. Sharp implements, hit styling tools, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for children. For safety reasons, we request that our guests do not have children accompany them to an appointment unless they are scheduled for services. Please arrange child care before your visit.

non-service guests - We kindly request only those guests receiving services be present in the service areas. Non-service guests are welcome and asked to be seated in our relaxation lounge area to ensure our team members can focus on the guests being serviced.

service animal policy -  While we absolutely love our furry friends, service animals are the only animals legally allowed to remain in the salon during a service.

payment details – Visa, Mastercard, Cash and Florida Checks made payable to Pure Salonspa with a valid state ID.

refunds & exchanges – Products purchased at Pure Aveda Salonspa may be exchanged or given store credit within 30 days from product purchase date with a valid receipt. No refunds.

for your protection – We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories. Please keep valuables with you during your appointment.
